If you are mediated through us, we need some information from you to assess your skills and contact you. We would like to receive the following information for this:

We keep your data for 1 year, so that we can approach you for assignments or vacancies. After this year, we will again ask you for permission to keep your data for another year or we will anonymize your data.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

We do not share your information when you register. During mediation, we will share certain information with the potential client. This will not be done without us informing you in advance. Read more about this under Application.

If you provide more information than we ask for when you register, it will also be stored carefully. We assume that you voluntarily share this data with us and have no objection to us processing it.

PLACEMENT

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

If you are going to fulfill an assignment through us, we will keep an up-to-date file. In addition to the data that we have already processed during your application / registration, the following (personal) data and / or documents may be processed, depending on the policy of the client and the resulting composition of the screening:

If you have been placed through us, we must keep your data from the Tax Authorities for 7 calendar years. This 7 calendar year is calculated from the date that the assignment is completed.

APPLICATION

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

If you apply for a vacancy, we need some information from you to be able to assess your application and to contact you. We would like to receive the following information for this:

  • Salutation
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postcode, address and house number
  • Resume with information about employment history and training
  • Motivation

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep data that we receive as a result of an application for 1 year. After this, we will ask you for permission again or your data will be made anonymous.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

During the selection process we share your name, place of residence, resume and motivation with the person involved in the application process.

For some application procedures, an external test is part of the procedure. In this case, we will share your name, telephone number and email address with the organization that carries out these online tests for us. They process your answers and prepare the report. A processing agreement has been concluded with the external organization that ensures that the data is only used for carrying out the intended test. If an external test is performed, you will be informed in advance.

SERVICE

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

When you join us, we need some information from you to meet our legal and social obligations. We would like to receive the following information for this:

  • Email address (private)
  • Phone number

  • Resume with information about employment history and training
  • Motivation
  • Date of birth
  • Tax form determination form
  • Salary data (including bank details, pension related information)
  • In case of emergency information
  • Family composition (for social events)

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data as long as you are employed by us.

TAX RETENTION

Some data from the personnel file has a tax retention obligation. This means that the Tax and Customs Administration requires an employer to keep that data for a certain period of time.

For data from the personnel file that has no statutory retention period, we use a retention period of 2 years after the employee has left the company.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

Only those who need it in the performance of their duties have access to your data, other persons have no access. Data can be viewed for audit and / or tax control purposes. This will only be allowed in accordance with legal requirements.

CLIENTS

To be able to contact the contact person(s) at a client and for the digital signature of contract documents, we process the following data:

Anonymous data about the surfing behavior of our visitors is collected on our website via Snoobi. This way we can see how visitors like you use the website.
